For this flying yoga flow inversion was the focus for this sequence.

Not only is aerial fun but it also gives you new perspective. Inversions help you to break out of your comfort zone and shake things up a bit. In order to gain new perspective, you have to look at things from a different angle. Inversions, and yoga overall, invite you to step outside of your comfort zone and take a look at your conscious and unconscious habits and patterns. By literally turning yourself upside down you invite change and new perspective into your consciousness.

In addition inversion can also help to improve the function of the lymphatic system this also improves the overall well being of your body by strengthening the immune system. This detoxifying effect on the body and impacts your appearance as well. Putting your feet above your head flushes fresh oxygen to the face, reducing blemishes and gives you a healthy glow. This additional rush of oxygen also helps the brain with concentration and memory, it encourages the release of neurotransmitters and endorphins, which reduces depression and anxiety.
